Single girl servings is now bringing you some Keto inspired meals and with that comes DESSERT! I mean c'mon, you know I couldn't skip out on my sweet tooth! After some searching, yes Pinterest in my favorite inspo, I stumbled upon probably my new favorite dessert ever!! Today, we are making a Keto Peanut Butter Mousse that literally takes less than 15 minutes to make! Let's get started!

Let's talk about the ingredients first. For this recipe, you will need:
- 4 OZ cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 4 tablespoons of Lily's chocolate chips
I feel that most of these ingredients are already kept at home with the exception of the chocolate chips and maybe cream cheese. But already, this recipe is fairly budget friendly, am I right?! To start, you we want to make our cream into whipped cream!

**Pro Tip: if you put a bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes before you make beat the heavy cream, it will whip faster!**

Once you have some stiff peaks in your cream, set it aside for a little. Grab the cream cheese (should be room temperature at this point) and mix in another bowl with the Peanut Butter, vanilla, sugar and mix until it turns into a fluffy consistency. It tastes SO GOOD already!!

Bring back the whipped cream and begin to mix in the peanut butter concoction until it is all smooth and creamy!

Next, we are going to grab whatever cup we are serving this in and put in the chocolate chips! Then, refrigerate the mousse for about 2 hours, or until it has stiffened up. I recommend putting the mousse into the cup first before it goes into the fridge. I did not and well, it wasn't as aesthetically pleasing that I had hoped for, but still was just as delicious!
Once the mousse has set, add a few more chips to the top for some extra chocolate goodness! Enjoy it right away or leave in the fridge until ready to eat!! You can also increase the recipe to make for more servings or just use smaller cups, whatever you prefer! This made me a pretty decent sized amount that I was able to save it over two days!! A solid 10/10 on this one guys!!
